January 6th 2016 Amber Ridge HOA Meeting Minutes

In attendance were Jan, Haley, Jon, and Kat.

The primary purpose of this meeting was to get all of the 2016 HOA Dues Assessment letters into envelopes and ready to mail to the community.

In addition, the following information was discussed:

  • The board members previewed the new Amberhoa website, provided their input, and the changes will be made prior to official launch of the website NLT the end of January.
  • The date of the Annual Meeting is set for May 18th at 7 pm. It will be located at the Franklin Township Trustees Office. It will be on the calendar on the new website.
  • Kat did some initial research into the new playground equipment, but Jon will look at exact measurement and what will fit into the space we have available at the park.
  • The location of the library project was discussed and it was agreed by all that the best location is across from the bench.
  • Kat is still working on finalizing the Amber Ridge Business Entity Report Reinstatement. It is moving along and in the final stages of completion.
  • Past due assessments was discussed and is an ongoing issues.
